Amendments to the following Emergency Rules have been approved by the Secretary of State:
W.Va. C.S.R. § 65-32-1 et seq. Certificate of Need Rule. Approved on December 29, 2016.
W.Va. C.S.R. § 65-29-1 et seq. Exemption from Certificate of Need. Approved on January 6, 2017.
These Rules replace the Emergency Rules previously in effect.
PLEASE NOTE that W.Va. C.S.R. § 65-33-1 et seq. Exemption for Kidney Disease
Treatment Centers was combined with W.Va. C.S.R. § 65-29. W.Va. C.S.R. § 65-33 has been withdrawn.
