A multi-disciplinary group of professionals whose are experts in cardiovascular disease and the delivery of services to persons with cardiovascular disease or at risk of developing the disease. These professionals are advisory to the West Virginia Health Care Authority. Their advisory capacity includes making recommendations, based on research and evidence-based practice, population-based quality measures.
